We use these details only to respond to your inquiry and prepare an estimate.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically record standard technical information in server logs — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time — to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

We also store a small light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage so the site remembers how you like to view it. This stays on your device, is not used to identify or track you, and is not sent to us. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries and prepare estimates, to communicate with you about your project, and to operate, secure, and improve the website (including preventing spam and abuse). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers we share with

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site, and they process limited information only to provide their services to us:

Cloudflare — delivers and secures the website and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check; it processes your IP address and device signals. SMTP2GO — delivers your contact-form submission to us by email. Our web hosting provider — stores and serves the website and its server logs.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Our contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real visitors from bots. Turnstile collects limited technical signals — such as your IP address, browser and device information, and interaction data — which are sent to Cloudflare and handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy. It is used only for security, not advertising.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email; they are not stored in a database on the website. We keep the emails only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records.

Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Oregon residents

Oregon's Consumer Privacy Act may give Oregon residents rights over their personal data, such as accessing, correcting, or deleting it. That law generally applies to larger businesses and may not apply to a business of our size, but regardless — if you're an Oregon resident and would like to access, correct, or delete information you've sent us, email [email protected] and we'll respond in good faith.
